Our Specialist Occupational Health (OH) services encompass the medical aspects of an individual's fitness for work, to include employment, deployment, health surveillance, rehabilitation, provision of advice to commanders, assessment of health on leaving the Armed Forces and (Army only) ill-health retirement. It is a key contributor to force preparation, force multiplication and force sustainment, and is a common thread through all health and wellbeing interventions. We are looking to recruit a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Health Clinician to join our vibrant and fast paced organisation that seeks to sustain and improve the operational efficiency of injured service personnel by supporting the delivery of a peripatetic occupational health service. The role is based from Merville Barracks, Colchester. The vacant post is full time working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a peripatetic Occupational Health (OH) service which requires travel between the base location and the assigned units.
