Job description
Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Band 6 MRI Radiographer to join the Radiology team at the Royal Free Hospital. This post would be well suited for an MRI radiographer wishing to develop and expand on their MRI experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work with other Band 6 and 7 MRI specialist Radiographers, MRI Trained Rotational radiographers, and Radiographic Assistants to deliver a 7‑day service in the MRI Department at the Royal Free.
  • Develop specialised knowledge and expertise and produce high quality images to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
  • Demonstrate high standards of care.

  • Enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge with others.
Training & Development

Full training in MRI will be given, depending upon prior experience. The department actively encourages continued professional development (CPD), and opportunities are available for further training and development, in areas such as post graduate study, radiographer reporting and advanced practice.
