What you will do:
  • Support the Medicines Management Team with their services in surgical areas, Intensive Treatment Units, and medical wards.
  • Conduct drug histories, medication reconciliation, and offer discharge counselling to patients.
  • Assist with dispensary workflows, including the dispensing of Controlled Drugs and accuracy checking.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest practices and protocols.

To be successful in this role, a registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is necessary, as well as the ability to drive for work-related travel. Having 4 to 5 years of post-registration experience is highly desirable, alongside previous experience in Medicines Management.
