Job Summary
  • The post holder in collaboration with the Matron and the Multi-disciplinary team is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective care leading to an excellent experience for patients and carers by.
  • Being responsible for ensuring high quality, evidence-based patient centered care is delivered and providing assurance of this whilst delivering the Trusts core objectives and strategies.
  • Being responsible for setting the standards with the nursing team, HCA, Technicians and ensuring that the environment allows the workforce to feel supported to deliver safe and effective care.
  • Ensure good inter-personal communication is achieved and build positive team working.
  • The post holder will be the role model for the nursing staff providing clinical leadership and promoting the development and maintenance of quality standards.
  • Manage day to day activities in Outpatient services. Able to work on the clinical area to support team and ensure to provide efficient and safe service in Outpatient setting.
