What you will do

• Maintain accountability for your practice and uphold your professional registration in accordance with the Health Care Professions Council requirements.
• Develop and manage community liaison and outreach programmes, specifically targeting preschool children’s visual assessments.
• Spearhead the orthoptic department’s educational services, offering training and guidance to trainee GPs, medical students, nurses, AHPs, and orthoptic undergraduates during their placements.
• Lead initiatives for research, service development, and enhancement, identifying key areas for improvement within the department.
