A regional healthcare provider in Carlisle is seeking a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker for Beech AB ward. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist nursing staff with clinical duties, and have a commitment to completing a National Care Certificate. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment. Full and part-time hours are available, with a salary range from £24,937 to £26,598 annually.

Beech AB Respiratory - Band 3 Clinical Support Worker, (part time / full time) 150 hours available per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on Beech AB ward at the Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle. We are seeking to recruit highly enthusiastic and motivated team players who will work within the team providing high quality patient care.
Beech AB is a general medical and respiratory ward, which receives general medical transfers from EMAU, Coronary Care unit, high dependency unit, and other wards both within and outside the trust.
The essential criteria for this role includes the requirement to have a care certificate or the willingness and ability to undertake this. For further information please see the attached Care Certificate document attached.
As a Band 3 Clinical Support you will be responsible for providing high standards of care. Your role will involve assisting the nursing staff with some clinical duties. Training will be arranged for you to achieve these skills. Being a Band 3 Clinical Support also means you will lead by example and supervise and support junior members of staff to improve and maintain high standards of care.
The successful applicant should be highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure and work well within the team. They should have a keen desire to provide and maintain a high standard of care at all times.
