What you’ll be doing

• Designing, building and improving backend features in Django + DRF
• Working closely with frontend and product to deliver clean, well-designed APIs
• Optimising endpoints, reducing latency, and ensuring the platform keeps scaling
• Monitoring and iterating quickly (multiple backend releases per week)
• Making product and technical decisions with real ownership
