Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a proactive Sales Executive – Training, Education – B2B Sales to generate new business, grow existing accounts and support clients’ training requirements. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and clear career progression within a busy, target-driven environment.

Based in the UK, the position focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying training needs and driving revenue growth through both open and dedicated training

Qualifications

• Experience within a B2B sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales activity.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer engagement across phone, email and CRM platforms.
• Identify customer training requirements, produce quotations and coordinate bookings.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline activity and customer data.
• Support exhibitions, events and wider business development initiatives when required.
