Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is recruiting a proactive Sales Executive to generate new business, grow existing accounts and support clients with training requirements. The role is office-based at Irthlingborough and offers uncapped commission with a monthly target-driven structure.

You will report to the Sales Support Manager and play a key role in driving revenue growth through training solutions. The package includes a basic salary of £27,040 plus uncapped commission (OTE £300 - £1000+ per month),

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales environment.
• Ability to manage new business and existing customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer engagement via phone, email, and CRM.
• Identify training requirements, prepare quotations, and coordinate bookings.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline data.
• Support events and wider business development activities.
