Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to generate new business, grow existing accounts and support clients with their training requirements. This office-based role in Irthlingborough offers a base salary of £27,040 with uncapped commission and strong career progression.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, identify training needs, prepare quotations and drive revenue growth through active outreach and CRM management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Able to manage both new business and existing customer relationships.
• Target-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales activity.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer engagement across phone, email and CRM platforms.
• Identify customer training requirements, produce quotations and coordinate bookings.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity.
