Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a proactive Sales Executive based in Irthlingborough to generate new business, grow existing accounts and support clients with training requirements. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role with full training and clear career progression.

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will build long-term relationships, identify training needs, produce quotations and coordinate bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales environment is essential.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage inbound and outbound engagement via phone, email and CRM.
• Identify training requirements, prepare quotations and coordinate bookings.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain CRM data and support events and wider business development.
