Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business and grow existing accounts from our Irthlingborough office. You will support clients with training needs, build relationships with decision-makers and manage the sales cycle from quotation to closure.

The role offers uncapped commission, a base salary of £27,040, and full training with clear career progression in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate new business and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer engagement via phone, email, and CRM.
• Identify training requirements, prepare quotations and coordinate bookings.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive loyalty.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline activity.
• Support exhibitions, events and wider business development.
