Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to generate new business, grow existing accounts and support clients with training requirements. This fast-paced, target-driven role offers full training, development and clear career progression.

The position sits in an office-based environment in the UK, with uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package. You will report to the Sales Support Manager and play a key role in driving revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Confident managing both new business and existing relationships.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced sales role.
• Experience in construction, training, education or related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity.
• Manage and develop an allocated portfolio of existing customers.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate quotations and bookings.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Support exhibitions, events and wider BD initiatives.
