Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to generate new business, grow existing accounts and support clients with their training requirements. This fast-paced, target-driven role offers full training, development and clear career progression opportunities.

The role is office-based in the UK with uncapped commission (OTE £300 - £1000+ per month) and a competitive base salary of £27,040, plus benefits such as health cash plan and pension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience or interest in training, education or related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales activity.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer engagement across phone, email and CRM platforms.
• Identify customer training requirements, produce quotations and coordinate bookings.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline activity and customer data.
• Support exhibitions, events and wider business development initiatives when required.
