Qualifications

• Experience in selling to businesses (B2B) and developing strong customer relationships.
• Proven ability to use CRM systems to manage leads and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organisations.
• Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions to close deals.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and CRM records; report on activity and forecast.
