Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is representing a Belfast client seeking ambitious Telesales Executives to join a growing business. You will proactively engage with new and existing business customers, identify opportunities and convert leads into revenue.

This role offers a £27,000 base salary with OTE £31,500+ uncapped commission, monthly incentives, on-site parking, and a clear path for progression within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• A motivated, resilient and target-driven attitude.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A positive and professional approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline through the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports.
