Ten Recruit Limited is looking for a proactive Business Development professional to grow our UK and European client base in a small team, office-based setting with uncapped earnings through commissions.

You will deliver against KPIs, handle quotes, onboard customers, and maintain CRM records while coordinating with marketing and operations to schedule projects and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Recent B2B sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Achieve KPIs as agreed with line manager.
• Fulfil sales orders / revenue budgets as set by the business.
• Find new business and submit quotations to the new contacts.
• Proactively follow up on contact with new contacts.
• Complete customer onboarding process.
• Record and input all activities, actions, meetings, proposals into the company CRM system and maintain a dashboard as directed.
• Receive and acknowledge POs and liaise with operations staff for scheduling projects.
• Liaise with the management team and build close working relationships.
• Support the marketing department.
• Continue to develop the requisite competences to perform duties.
