Job summary

National Business Communications Ltd is hiring Business Development Executives to join our outbound B2B sales team. This high-activity, phone-based role focuses on speaking with business owners and decision-makers, uncovering telecom needs and closing new business.

You’ll receive training, coaching and a clear progression path, with base salary up to £35,000, uncapped commission with a target of £75,000 OTE, and strong earning potential for high performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outbound sales is preferred.
• Ability to speak with owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong drive to meet targets and earn commissions.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to UK businesses
• Speak with owners and senior decision-makers to identify their communication needs
• Sell VoIP, business broadband, leased lines and unified communications
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Keep your pipeline accurate and up to date in the CRM
• Hit and exceed monthly targets
• Hand closed deals over smoothly to our onboarding and support teams
