Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment Ltd is supporting a Salford Quays client to hire a driven Business Development Executive to create new business opportunities and book quality appointments for the sales team.

You will speak with business owners and senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities, manage your pipeline in CRM, and work toward activity, appointment and revenue targets. Base salary £28,000–£30,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £40,000–£50,000 in your first year.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or B2B sales by phone.
• Comfortable speaking with business customers over the phone.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Develop your own pipeline and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers and engage decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and manage CRM records; follow up on leads.
