Elite People Ltd in Birmingham City Centre is seeking Sales Consultants for a genuine new-business telesales role. You will prospect, open doors, overcome objections and close deals in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years' sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Confident telephone manner and resilience under objections.
• Ability to manage a high volume of activity and diary management.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and handling sales data.

Aufgaben

• Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospects and identify opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals to move opportunities forward.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track activity in CRM.
• Work to clear KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Nurture client relationships through onboarding and early life cycle.
