Job summary

The Business Connection Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive outbound B2B caller to generate sales leads and set appointments. This full-time role focuses on contacting businesses, speaking with owners and decision-makers, and introducing our services to create new opportunities.

You will join a family-owned, progressive firm serving North Wales, the North West and West Midlands with national coverage, and you will work to targets while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting preferred.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with senior decision-makers.
• Organised, target-driven and able to meet call/appointment targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective customers.
• Speak with business owners, directors and decision-makers.
• Introduce services and identify opportunities.
• Handle objections and build rapport.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for our BDMs.
• Maintain records of calls and appointments.
• Work toward call and appointment targets.
• Collaborate with the BDM team to pass leads and manage schedules.
