Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or telesales.
• Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.
• Able to engage business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Reliable and able to work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to businesses across the UK.
• Speak with owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
• Introduce Check Challenge Appeal and explain services clearly.
• Identify suitable prospective clients and generate interest.
• Book qualified appointments for the specialist team.
• Update prospect and appointment information in the CRM.
• Work toward agreed appointment and performance targets.
• Follow up prospective clients as required.
