Job summary

Carousel Consultancy Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative in Manchester to drive outbound and inbound outreach, engaging with CEOs and MDs of leading organisations. This role requires a charismatic, energetic individual ready to learn in a fast-growing startup.

You will join a friendly, supportive team and enjoy a structured path to progression, with a base salary in the £27k–£33k range and the potential to achieve up to £48k OTE. Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required and strong communication skills.
• Experience in B2B sales or telesales is advantageous.
• Graduate calibre required; office-based role in Manchester.

• Interact with CEOs and MDs of large organisations.
• Drive outreach and qualification of opportunities to convert prospects.
