You will work in a 100% outbound environment with uncapped commission, a clear progression path, and development support to grow into more senior roles.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of B2B sales experience.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging business decision-makers.
• Natural curiosity, active listening, and ability to uncover customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B customers.
• Initiate conversations with business decision-makers and qualify opportunities.
• Ask open questions to understand business challenges and impacts.
• Qualify opportunities and drive conversations toward a sale.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and develop consultative selling skills.
• Progress from SDR to Senior SDR and Account Manager paths.
