The Portfolio Group is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive adoption of a SaaS HR software platform in Central Manchester. You will target SMEs, identify and engage prospects, and secure new subscriptions through outbound outreach and consultative selling.

This role offers a clear path to rapid progression, uncapped commissions, and an energetic, high-performance office culture. Training and coaching will be provided to accelerate success in a fast-growing tech sales

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in outbound lead generation or telesales.
• Target-driven with a mindset to exceed metrics.
• Resilient and confident with the ability to handle rejection and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Outbound dialing to connect with Directors and Business Owners.
• Generate software opportunities from high-quality leads to build a strong pipeline.
• Maintain a robust funnel to meet quarterly software acquisition targets.
• Conduct consultative selling and arrange online demonstrations to showcase value.
