Smiths News is seeking a proactive professional to support the Recycle vertical within the Customer Experience Team in Swindon. You will help grow our business through retention-focused campaigns and effective handling of customer dissatisfaction, aiming to retain customers and improve satisfaction.

The role reports to the Onshore Solutions Design & Delivery Manager and requires strong communication skills, organisational ability, and proficiency in MS Office and Teams.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B telesales and retention skills with strong conversion rates.
• Organised and structured with good listening and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and build rapport to promote services.

Responsabilités

• Support the Recycle vertical campaigns to grow the business and retain customers.
• Assist in managing customer dissatisfaction and identify retention opportunities.
• Report to the Onshore Solutions Design & Delivery Manager within the Customer Experience Team.
