Job summary

Vantage Recruitment is seeking a Product Sales Specialist for Castle Donington. The role focuses on proactively contacting customers, developing opportunities, and owning your pipeline to drive revenue and profit.

This hybrid, office-based position offers a £35,000–£45,000 base with uncapped commission and a realistic £60,000–£65,000 OTE for high performers, with Monday–Friday hours and close collaboration with Marketing, Product Managers and the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven background in proactive B2B sales.
• Strong outbound telephone sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to build rapport and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing, lapsed and prospective customers regularly.
• Develop and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Qualify opportunities and progress them through to conversion.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and close business with customers.
• Record activity and opportunities in the CRM.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product Managers and the wider sales team.
• Attend exhibitions or events as required.
