Job summary

Vantage Recruitment seeks an experienced Internal Sales Executive to drive proactive B2B sales from its Castle Donington base. You will own your customer portfolio, win back lapsed accounts and uncover new business opportunities, increasing spend across a broad product range.

You will manage pipelines, follow up quotations, and work closely with Marketing, Product Managers and the wider sales team. Base salary is £40,000-£45,000 with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £60,000-£65,000.

Qualifications

• Proven background in proactive B2B sales or new business development.
• Ability to hunt for opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to close deals.
• Commercial mindset with focus on pricing and margins.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing, lapsed and prospective customers.
• Create new sales opportunities through regular outbound activity.
• Develop and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and cross-sell products.
• Follow up quotations, enquiries and leads with urgency.
• Qualify opportunities and progress them through to conversion.
