Job summary

Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new B2B opportunities from a largely cold desk. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and develop key client relationships.

The role is office-based in Wrotham, Kent, offering a basic salary with uncapped commission and an OTE of £38,000–£40,000+. Interviews begin the week of 14 September. A dynamic, high-growth environment awaits a motivated salesperson eager to make an impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales and new business development.
• Outbound calling and prospecting experience.
• Ability to build relationships from scratch and manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Build and manage a pipeline from a predominantly cold desk.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and pricing; negotiate with decision-makers.
• Develop newly won accounts to maximise repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently.
