Job summary

Kirkland Associates is recruiting for an office-based sales role in Castle Donington. You will build and develop relationships with customers entirely over the phone and work toward personal sales targets in a supportive team environment.

The role offers a £26,000 base with bonuses, plus an OTE of £40,000–£45,000, with top performers earning £45,000–£50,000+. Training is provided and prior B2B sales experience is not required.
