Netbox Recruitment is representing a growing manufacturing business in Aylesford seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business and nurture existing customers. The role offers a clear uncapped commission structure and a strong earning potential.

You will make a high volume of outbound calls, research target industries, and convert inquiries into long-term clients, aiming at a 30,000 monthly sales target with an average order value around 600. Year 1: 30,000-50,000.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• B2B sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Research target industries and proactively develop new accounts.
• Convert inbound enquiries and orders into long-term customers.
• Follow up leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
• Negotiate price and volume.
• Build strong customer relationships and repeat business.
• Work towards a 30,000 monthly sales target.
• Average order value is approximately 600.
