Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ experience in a target-driven B2B sales role.
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
• Proactive, coachable and money-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new client relationships
• Generate new business through calls, LinkedIn, email and outreach
• Speak with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
• Source and headhunt senior and C-suite candidates
• Manage client and candidate conversations throughout the process
• Negotiate terms, close placements and earn commission
