Forsyth Barnes in Nottingham is seeking commercially driven B2B sales professionals to join their eTail technology team. You will build relationships with high-growth brands, generate new business via calls, LinkedIn, and email, and engage with hiring managers and senior decision-makers to source top executives.

You will operate in an uncapped commission environment with fast-track progression, a dedicated sales coach, and the opportunity to own your own client base.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' experience in a target-driven B2B sales role.
• Confident with outbound sales.
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
• Competitive and resilient.
• Motivated by money, progression and ownership.
• Coachable, energetic and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new client relationships.
• Generate new business through calls, LinkedIn, email and targeted outreach.
• Speak with hiring managers and senior decision-makers.
• Source and headhunt senior and C-suite candidates.
• Manage client and candidate conversations throughout the process.
• Negotiate terms, close placements and earn commission.
