Job summary

Revolution Beauty Ltd is seeking a Customer Order Processor to join our team in Sheppey, UK. You will manage and process all customer orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch and exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle.

You will work with 3PLs and internal teams, handling end-to-end order checks, documentation, and status updates while resolving issues promptly to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or customer service.
• Experience handling B2B orders and logistics.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end B2B orders with checks on codes, prices, and quantities.
• Ensure timely dispatch and accurate order fulfilment.
• Provide customers with order status updates and delivery information.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and internal teams for documentation and collection/registration.
• Handle customer inquiries on orders, stock, and returns.
• Resolve discrepancies, delays, or damaged items.
