Job summary

Confidential, a market leading client supplying products across the UK and Europe, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the team in Greater London. You will manage end-to-end order processing and support B2B customers with inquiries and issues.

You will coordinate stock availability, deliveries and logistics with internal teams, maintain accurate customer records and reports, and work closely with Sales, Operations and Logistics to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer service or sales support.
• Strong knowledge of order processing and international logistics.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and manage the end-to-end order process.
• Handle B2B customer enquiries and resolve complaints via telephone and email.
• Coordinate stock availability, deliveries and logistics with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, monitor service performance and prepare reports.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations and Logistics to deliver excellent customer service.
