Job summary

Revolution Beauty is hiring a Customer Order Processor to manage and process all customer orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch and excellent service throughout the order lifecycle.

You will report to the Customer Operations Manager and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth order flow. Hybrid working is available with a focus on meeting monthly sales targets and delivering high-quality customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or customer service is required.
• Familiarity with B2B operations and logistics is preferred.
• Ability to use multiple customer portals and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process B2B orders end-to-end with accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Respond to customer queries regarding orders and stock.
• Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure smooth delivery and documentation.
• Handle order discrepancies, delays, and incorrect/damaged items.
• Process tester, transfer, direct-to-customer, and sample orders as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to meet monthly sales targets.
