Job summary

Revolution Beauty is seeking a meticulous Customer Order Processor to join our team. You will manage and process all customer orders from placement to dispatch, ensuring accurate codes, prices, quantities and timely delivery.

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, the role requires collaboration with 3PLs, handling returns, and using NetSuite ERP and other portals to update customers. This is a part-time position with weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or customer service.
• Knowledge of B2B operations and logistics.
• Experience working with 3PLs or supply chain partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end B2B orders with accuracy.
• Check codes, prices and quantities during order placement.
• Ensure maximum fulfilment and timely dispatch.
• Prepare collection documentation and liaise with relevant teams.
