Job summary

Revolution Beauty is seeking a Demand Planner to forecast product demand and manage an 18-month rolling SKU-level plan. You will analyse historical data, market trends, and promotions to drive inventory planning and production scheduling, while reconciling forecasts with sales budgets in the monthly S&OP process.

You will collaborate with Supply Planning, Sales, and Commercial Planning, communicating insights clearly and challenging assumptions when deviations occur.

Qualifications

• Experience in a planning or merchandising role.
• Strong numerical and mathematical forecasting mindset.
• Ability to present complex information concisely to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Forecast product demand over an 18-month rolling SKU-level plan.
• Manage and execute 18-month rolling SKU-level demand plan.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and promotions to drive inventory and production scheduling.
• Reconcile demand plan to sales budgets via monthly S&OP process.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce bias.
• Generate reports to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Sales, and Commercial Planning to align demand with business objectives.
• Challenge assumptions when forecast deviations occur and escalate to drive resolution.
• Participate in process improvements to optimize demand planning processes and systems.
• Contribute to overall optimization of supply chain operations.
