Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Sales Order Processor for our Midsomer Norton office with hybrid working options. You will manage customer orders from entry to dispatch, collaborating across finance, logistics, warehouse and sales teams across Americas and EMEA.

The role emphasizes accuracy, ERP/MRP usage, attention to detail, and strong English communication. Experience in engineering, manufacturing or logistics is beneficial; familiarity with global currencies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales order processing or similar role.
• Knowledge of working across global time zones and currencies.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in the engineering, manufacturing, telecoms or logistics sector helpful.
• Excellent English language written and verbal.
• Commercial awareness and customer-focused thinking.

Responsibilities

• Order management: entering and processing customer orders using ERP/MRP.
• Coordinate with production, warehousing, purchasing and logistics.
• Provide updates to customers and manage delivery schedules.
• Raise works orders, pick lists, and dispatch paperwork.
• Assist with stock and other administrative tasks.
