Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a motivated Operations Executive to manage end-to-end B2B order processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 from receipt to delivery, delivering world-class service to internal and external partners.

The role involves proactive issue resolution, cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and warehouses, and driving process improvements within a fast-paced environment. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B orders in Dynamics 365 from entry to delivery.
• Be a main contact for customers and internal stakeholders on order issues.
• Proactively manage orders with warehouses to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate newness launches with POs and forecast alignment.
• Provide stock, ETA reporting to retailers and Commercial team.
• Own returns/RTVs from creation to reconciliation.
• Lead investigations into shortages and delivery discrepancies.
• Prepare export invoices and documentation on time.
• Own month-end order and phasing activities.
• Monitor operational performance and identify workflow improvements.
