Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (UK) in the West Midlands, Birmingham area. This role focuses on B2B order management, quotations, sales support and customer service within a growing UK/EMEA team.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ B2B order management experience preferred.
• Experience handling quotations and sales orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Input, manage and monitor quotations and sales orders through fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate pricing, stock, delivery and order data across systems.
• Communicate product details, lead times and policies to customers.
• Collaborate with account managers, production, warehousing and despatch teams.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Take ownership of issues and drive resolutions while keeping customers informed.
• Record activities in CRM/ERP systems and support order processes.
• Assist account managers during specification, quotation and order stages.
• Build professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
