Job summary

Finelight Media Ltd in Norwich is seeking a motivated Client Services Executive to join our growing sales team. You will generate revenue by selling digital advertising, sponsorships for newsletters/webinars and events, and lead generation solutions to existing and new B2B clients.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, presenting tailored campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering accurate forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B media sales experience in digital advertising and media sponsorship.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts concisely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients, build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise account growth and retention.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet client objectives and budgets.
• Present and communicate the value proposition of our digital advertising and sponsorship services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and customised campaigns.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.
