A leading digital health company in London seeks a B2B Marketing Manager to drive growth through scalable campaigns and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include managing HubSpot, creating marketing materials, and analysing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, and a proven track record in campaign management. We have an exciting opportunity for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing this role is ideal for someone who is confident managing campaigns end-to-end (ideation to delivery and reporting) enjoys working cross-functionally and has experience scaling B2B marketing activity in a high-growth environment. Please note: this is a hands‑on individual contributor role focused on managing campaigns rather than people.
As the B2B Marketing Manager you will play a key role in driving HealthHeros B2B growth. You will be responsible for building and launching scalable campaigns supporting the new business funnel and ensuring clients and prospects are engaged through sharp effective marketing.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Account Management you will make sure campaigns are aligned consistent and commercially focused. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be expected to create and optimise content, manage our HubSpot marketing automation and deliver in‑life campaigns that support both acquisition and retention.
