Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for its Allstar Business Solutions division in Knaresborough. You will lead a team of B2B sales executives, coaching, developing and driving performance to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer experience.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations to ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management and ongoing talent development, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in sales techniques and able to share best practices.
• Experience in telesales or contact centre environments.
• Master at coaching, mentoring and people management.
• Customer advocate with ability to translate into action within your team.
• Commercially astute with ability to interpret data.
• Confident in reporting team performance to senior leaders.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft applications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and supporting the team on B2B outbound calling, qualifying leads and generating new business sales over the telephone and ensure that the CRM is updated.
• Support the team to work a strategic target list of prospects based on team type.
• Conduct account reviews to ensure new business is optimised through effective account management.
• Develop relationships with customers to maximise upselling opportunities, acting as a point of escalation when required.
• Outline coaching and development plans for team members and onboarding plans for new hires.
• Assist HR with candidate attraction, recruitment and talent management.
• Remove barriers to productivity through reviews of business processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
