Job summary

Corpay One, Inc. in Swindon is seeking an eager Inside Sales Manager to lead a B2B sales team focused on fuel and fleet payments. You will coach, motivate, and develop reps to hit targets, build a robust pipeline, and ensure every customer interaction meets our five-star standards.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement, manage performance metrics, keep CRM updated, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in sales techniques and able to share best practices.
• Master at coaching, mentoring and people management.
• Customer advocate with ability to translate into actions within team.
• Commercially astute and able to interpret often complex data.
• Confident in reporting team performance to senior leaders.
• Decisive, analytical, energetic and nurturing.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft applications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support the team on B2B outbound calling, qualifying leads and generating new business by phone and updating CRM.
• Support the team to target a strategic list of prospects and maintain pipeline.
• Conduct account reviews to optimise new business and upsell opportunities.
• Develop coaching plans with the sales enablement team and onboarding plans for new hires.
• Work with HR on recruitment and talent management.
