Job summary

Wixroyd in Chichester is seeking a confident Customer Service Representative to deliver high levels of service to customers, process orders, and manage enquiries by phone, email and live chat. You will work in a two-shift on-site pattern to support our busy distribution and manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused with strong communication skills, good Maths and English, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSE grade C in English and Maths.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience in a B2B sales environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively keeping customers updated on existing orders and delays.
• Processing orders in a timely manner on the internal CRM system.
• Liaising with purchasing to ensure smooth order progression to distribution.
• Co-ordinating customer returns and credits.
• Responding to customer queries within agreed timescales.
• Handling live chat enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Completing daily allocated tasks as per rota.
