Job summary

The Big Phone Store is recruiting for a motivated Junior B2B Support role in Wolverhampton. You will assist the B2B team in handling business customer communications, quotes, stock lists, and follow-ups, while keeping CRM records up to date.

You will gain exposure to account management, business operations, and CRM systems, with opportunities to develop into senior account management or sales roles as you grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Support business and corporate customer accounts via phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Update CRM and keep customer records and pipeline organised.
• Prepare stock and availability information and assist with quotes and follow-ups.
• Help grow the B2B division by enabling smooth day-to-day operations.
