Job summary

Tradebe in Warrington is seeking a proactive Customer Support Advisor to deliver outstanding service across the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle. You will liaise with Sales, Operations and Finance to keep customers informed via email and phone, process orders and respond quickly to queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, etc).
• Ability to process orders and manage queries within SLA.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding end-to-end customer support from inquiry to invoicing.
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Operations and Finance to keep customers informed.
• Process inquiries, create sales orders, NCRs, invoice queries and complaints in SAP.
• Be the internal buddy for the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
