Salt is excited to once again collaborate with a leading Health Service client, who are looking to hire a talented SME Marketing Manager to help grow and support a network of small businesses promoting their app features. If you’re passionate about B2B marketing, love working with small businesses, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.

This is a 3 month contract opportunity, fully remote, operating and ideally ASAP starting.

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Lead acquisition campaigns to bring more small businesses onto the platform.
  • Create smart, engaging marketing content across email, social, and case studies.
  • Build an effective partner engagement programme to keep businesses active and informed.
  • Collaborate with wider internal teams (i.e. product, UX, and partner-support) to create consistent and compelling messaging.
  • Measure performance and optimise campaigns through the use of data-driven insights.
  • Effectively feed back partner insights to help shape the future of the proposition.
  • Managing campaigns and requirements within our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
Key Skills Required
  • Solid B2B marketing experience, ideally with local or small retailers.
  • A track record of planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence evaluating ROI and engagement.
  • Good understanding of acquisition funnels, partner ecosystems, and retail dynamics.
  • Experience working with suppliers such as agencies and fulfilment partners.
  • Creativity, clear communication, and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • Hold an interest in AI and new marketing technologies.
  • CRM & marketing automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
