Recruitment Room - Global is seeking a high‑performing Appointment Setter to join our Leeds-based team for a growth‑stage B2B lead generation operation. You will conduct personalized outbound calls to secure qualified sales meetings with Director‑level stakeholders at large enterprises.

Candidates should have 3+ years in pure B2B cold calling, strong Telecommunications Mid‑Market experience, and exceptional English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pure B2B cold calling.
• 2+ years in Telecommunications, Mid‑Market.
• Excellent English communication (10/10).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to uncover pain points and solve problems.
• Disciplined remote-work approach: 9:00–17:30 GMT, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns.
• Identify and engage DMs in large organizations via direct mobile outreach.
• Utilise pattern interrupts and openers to bypass gatekeepers.
• Qualify prospects using BANT; ensure SAT status.
• Maintain data in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed 1–3 SAT meetings per day.
